685 TO THE WORLD

685 To The World™ is a trademarked cultural platform founded by Melvin Le’avasa (Vaiala, Moata'a, Solosolo, Vaimoso) to address a critical gap in representation for artists from Samoa and the broader 685 region. Originally designed as a touring concert series across New Zealand and international markets, we will be adding new services to our business offerings.

The goal for us is to elevate homeland artists to headline status—placing their stories, sound, and identity at the center of the stage and building opportunities in all aspects of the industry.

By curating exclusively around artists based in Samoa, the platform not only amplifies their global visibility but also serves as a living vessel for Gagana Samoa, helping preserve and promote the language among Pacific diaspora communities. Each performance becomes a cultural transmission—connecting generations, reinforcing pride, and strengthening linguistic continuity through music, storytelling, and live experience.

Through this model, 685 TO THE WORLD builds infrastructure for cultural equity, artistic sovereignty, and long-term visibility for Samoa talent on the world stage.
